It seems that red tape is much stronger than ever. Who does not know that the World Trade Center does not exist any more? A lot of people it seems, or they wouldn’t still be sending mail to that address, as this article proves. It is remarkable that so many companies still send mail to the WTC after five years, and the post office has been admirable in its handling of this case.
